Vogue Williams, a well-known TV personality, recently opened up about her feelings of sadness and emotion regarding a significant change in her family’s life. Together with her husband, Spencer Matthews, they are saying goodbye to their £4.25 million flat to move into their long-awaited “forever home.”
In a video shared on YouTube, Vogue, aged 40, provided a tour of their now-empty flat as they prepare to leave the property. Expressing her emotions, she acknowledged feeling a sense of sadness as they have lived in the flat for a considerable period. Despite the mixed feelings, she emphasized the excitement of moving into their permanent residence in London.
The couple, who have three children – Theodore (7), Gigi (5), and Otto (3) – initially listed their stylish Battersea apartment for sale two years ago. After reducing the price by £1 million, they finalized the sale, opting to reside in a rented property during the 18 months of planned renovations.
Vogue, known for her appearances on reality TV and modeling, led fans through the empty apartment, revealing the transition to a nearby rental to ensure stability for their children’s schooling before settling into their dream house. She showcased various rooms, including the bedroom, now a home gym, and her dressing room, expressing sentimental attachment to the spaces.
The couple’s journey together began on the reality TV show “The Jump” in 2017, leading to their marriage a year later and the joint purchase of their former flat within six months of dating. Vogue explained their decision to move stemmed from the need for more space to accommodate their growing family’s lifestyle, citing the limitations of their London apartment.
While also owning a family residence in Howth near Dublin, acquired in 2023, the couple primarily resides in London due to work commitments. Their recent move signifies a significant milestone in their quest for a more spacious and suitable living environment for their family.
