ITV has announced an updated team for their 2026 broadcasts as part of a new agreement with the PDC. Luke Littler, the current world champion, will make his return to the scene after an impressive win at Ally Pally.
The channel will showcase matches from various prestigious events including the World Masters, UK Open, World Series of Darts Finals, European Championship, Players Championship Finals, and global World Series of Darts events.
Pete Graves and Gabbie Partington from Sky Sports will lead the coverage as hosts, with the latter gearing up for the upcoming World Series of Darts double-header in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
ITV’s revamped punditry team features renowned figures like Wayne Mardle and Glen Durrant, alongside Mark Webster and Chris Mason. Changes are also expected in the commentary booth.
Dan Dawson will team up with talkSPORT commentator Mark Wilson, while the seasoned broadcaster Ian Danter will maintain his presence.
In response to the extended partnership, PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter expressed delight in continuing the fruitful collaboration with ITV, now spanning over two decades. Niall Sloane, ITV’s Director of Sport, emphasized the commitment to providing free-to-air coverage of popular darts events to UK fans.
The Bahrain Darts Masters, featuring reigning champion Stephen Bunting and Luke Littler facing off against Paul Lim, is set to kick off shortly, offering excitement for darts enthusiasts.
Sky has enhanced its Ultimate TV and Sky Sports bundle to include HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+, discovery+, and Hayu, in addition to 135 channels and comprehensive coverage of the Premier League and EFL matches. Sky continues to broadcast over 1,400 live matches from various sports, including the Premier League, EFL, Formula 1, darts, and golf.
