“Bystanders restrain knife-wielding woman in Bangkok”

A woman in Bangkok was restrained by bystanders after she was seen wielding a weapon and threatening passers-by on a busy street. Video footage captured the woman brandishing a knife in the Nana area of Bangkok. An eyewitness who shared the incident on Instagram mentioned hearing screams and witnessing the woman attempting to attack people with the knife. The woman was seen walking with the knife in hand before allegedly lunging at individuals. Bystanders intervened to prevent her from leaving by surrounding the taxi she had entered. The situation escalated as the woman became agitated and refused to let go of the weapon inside the cab. Eventually, local police managed to apprehend her after entering the taxi. Reports suggest that another person helped retrieve the knife from the woman. The woman was later arrested at the scene.
