A former participant of the reality TV show Love Island recently unveiled her new appearance following a rhinoplasty procedure. The 30-year-old celebrity underwent the surgery discreetly and then shared the outcome on her social media platforms.
Kady McDermott, who is currently in Dubai, proudly displayed her new look by stepping out without a nose cast. She posted pictures on her social media accounts, captioning one of them with, “That feeling when you get your nose cast off.”
The star also posted a video on TikTok, where her fans expressed admiration for her transformation. This was the first time she publicly disclosed details about her cosmetic surgery. Many of her followers complimented her by stating that she was already flawless even before the procedure.
Following her move to Dubai, Kady reignited a past relationship. She relocated with her on-and-off millionaire partner, Henry Simmons. In November, it was reported that she had reconciled with Henry, despite previously declaring that she was done with relationships.
Kady first appeared on the ITV reality show a decade ago and began dating Henry in September 2024. Initially, she hinted at their relationship by sharing photos from their holiday in St Tropez.
Despite their initial breakup after a few months, Kady announced on social media that she had reunited with Henry, posting a photo of them together. Alongside updates about her cosmetic surgery and romantic life, Kady has been actively sharing her relocation journey to Dubai with her followers.
In 2016, Kady entered the Love Island villa and returned for another season in 2023, hoping for better luck. During her second stint, she coupled up with Scottish footballer Ouzy See, but their relationship fizzled out shortly after the show’s conclusion.
