“Helen Flanagan Faces Eviction in Property Dispute”

Helen Flanagan is reportedly facing eviction from her former partner, Scott Sinclair, as their tumultuous relationship takes another challenging turn. Following their split in 2022, Helen had already bid farewell to their expansive eight-bedroom mansion. Now, she is allegedly being asked to vacate the six-bedroom residence she shares with their three children – Matilda, Delilah, and Charlie.

The house in Belmont, near Bolton, is registered in Scott’s name, prompting him to propose that Helen moves to a smaller four-bedroom property, which he is willing to purchase for her. However, Helen, a renowned figure from Coronation Street, is reluctant to comply. She is determined to remain in the current house to avoid disrupting her children’s education and to stay close to her parents.

According to a source cited by The Sun, Scott believes the current residence is too spacious for Helen and the kids. Despite his offer to buy her a new home, tensions remain high as Helen cherishes the current location and the stability it provides for her family. The discord between the former couple was evident during the festive season when Helen publicly criticized Scott for missing their son’s Nativity play in favor of attending the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.

Helen, who has reportedly enhanced the property’s value, has encountered financial challenges in recent years, notably following a driving ban that severely impacted her finances. Expressing her struggles, Helen revealed the hardship she faced due to the ban, emphasizing the financial strain of transportation, particularly for her son’s nursery commute.

The former soap star lamented the necessity to sell their lavish eight-bedroom home due to financial constraints, underscoring the challenges of maintaining such a sizable property. Despite her past success in the entertainment industry, Helen’s financial stability has been compromised, prompting her to make difficult decisions regarding her living arrangements.

Despite these setbacks, Helen remains active on social media platforms like Instagram, where she engages with her followers and continues to pursue various opportunities in the entertainment industry. Looking ahead, Helen is reportedly eager to move on from her past with Scott and is open to finding love again, emphasizing the importance of trust and compatibility, especially concerning her children.

The Mirror has contacted Scott Sinclair’s representatives for further insights on the situation.
