“Glassdoor Reveals Top UK Workplaces 2026, Offering Up to £100K”

The latest rankings for the most desirable workplaces in the UK for the year 2026 have been unveiled, showcasing positions that offer salaries as high as £100,000.

Glassdoor has announced the winners of its Employees’ Choice Awards 2026, which are determined based on feedback from employees themselves.

Securing the top position is SAP, a software engineering company, offering senior-level account executives salaries ranging from £57,000 to £89,000. SAP received accolades for its flexible working hours, generous vacation time, cutting-edge technology, and emphasis on work-life balance.

In the second spot is Mastercard, recognized for its diverse workforce, exceptional benefits, and promotion of a culture that supports remote work. Managerial roles at Mastercard command salaries between £65,000 and £80,000.

Google, renowned for paying software engineers between £70,000 and £100,000, clinched the third place. Employees at Google praised the company for its competitive pay, innovative technology, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.

Owen Humphries, the president of Glassdoor, commended these top employers for their resilience and ability to maintain high levels of employee satisfaction and trust despite the challenges faced in 2025.
