Celebrity SAS participant Dani Dyer has openly discussed her past relationships with “awful boyfriends” during an intense interrogation on the Channel 4 program. In the latest episode, the Directing Staff summoned Dani for a conversation following her struggles in a physical challenge.
Jason ‘Foxy’ Fox seized the moment to inquire about Dani’s upbringing with her famous father, Danny Dyer, renowned for his roles in Human Traffic, The Football Factory, and EastEnders. Dani shared, “It was fine, really. I understand that people perceive him as tough, but he’s actually quite gentle.”
Reflecting on her teenage years, Dani admitted she wasn’t rebellious but had a penchant for choosing the wrong partners. She expressed her vulnerability, stating, “I strive to be more resilient. I aspire to have self-confidence. Currently, I lack self-assurance.”
Last May, Dani tied the knot with footballer Jarrod Bowen after the birth of their twins, Summer and Star, in May 2023. Prior to this, she had an on-off relationship with Sammy Kimmence, whom she dated before and after her appearance on Love Island in 2018, briefly rekindling the romance post-breakup with co-star Jack Fincham.
Despite welcoming their son Santiago in 2021, Dani and Sammy parted ways when he was incarcerated for swindling elderly individuals out of £34,000.
Participating in Celebrity SAS was described by Dani as one of the most challenging experiences she has faced. In a pre-premiere video on her Instagram Story, she shared, “I have been eagerly anticipating the airing of SAS, yet I am also filled with dread as it was an incredibly arduous ordeal.”
During an exclusive interview with The Mirror, Dani expressed her anticipation of a new chapter as her children mature. She stated, “I feel like I’m rediscovering myself. Having spent five years dedicated to my kids, I am now witnessing them grow, allowing me to focus on my own identity.”
