Alvarez & Marsal Europe has been appointed to oversee the administration process for Cove Communities Holiday Park UK Holdco Limited (HPUK), which includes subsidiary companies like Cove Communities Venture 2 Gwel an Mor OpCo Ltd and Cove Communities Venture 2 Springwood OpCo Ltd.
