Reality TV Star Lauren Goodger Turns Down £150,000 Offer

Lauren Goodger recently shared that she was propositioned with a substantial amount of money to spend a night with a stranger. The 39-year-old reality TV personality gained fame in the early 2010s through her appearance on “The Only Way Is Essex” and also operates a subscription page on the adult content platform OnlyFans, where she offers exclusive content to her followers.

Despite receiving a tempting offer of £150,000 from a subscriber for an evening together, the former “Celebrity Big Brother” contestant declined the proposal, acknowledging the difficulty of turning down such a large sum. She explained her stance by stating, “I’ve been offered 150 grand for the night, that’s another whole world. Never. Not being wrong, it’s hard to turn down but I couldn’t. I can’t even sleep with a guy in real life.”

While she did not accept the offer, Lauren does create personalized content for her fans, charging them around £6,500. Reflecting on her journey, she admitted that she never envisioned herself resorting to such methods during the peak of her television career. In an upcoming appearance on “Olivia Attwood’s Getting Filthy Rich,” she shared with the Loose Women star, “Way back years ago when I was doing more TV work I was like ‘I’m never doing OnlyFans’ that’s not me.”

Facing financial pressures during the Covid lockdown due to the absence of work opportunities, Lauren made the decision to leverage OnlyFans as a source of income to cover her mounting expenses. Despite the financial gains, she expressed reservations about the platform, questioning the public perception and the impact on her image.

Moreover, Lauren disclosed that a friend advised her to discontinue using OnlyFans, emphasizing her worth beyond such endeavors. She defended her choice, stating that without the platform, she would struggle to meet financial obligations related to her home, vehicle, and child. Lauren acknowledged her past extravagant spending on cosmetic procedures during her early career, expressing regret over the decisions made.

In a candid interview, she revealed, “I probably earned the most, but lost a hell of a lot. And that has humbled me, 100 per cent.” Lauren also opened up about her cosmetic enhancements, expressing a desire to reverse the procedures and return to a more natural appearance.
